Produced from Yellow Box trees (Eucalypt Melliodora) meaning honey scented Eucalypt. These trees are a beautiful shape, graceful, with drooping branchlets, very picturesque, growing in gullies, mostly out of flood reach. They are wide spread in Victorian foothills.
Archibald’s Yellow Box is 100% Pure Australian Honey.
Yellow Box folliage.
Yellow Box honey is a well renowned, favoured honey variety in Australia. It is a superb, very aromatic, table honey – the sweetest tasting, and one of the slowestcandying honeys – which makes it very desirable for home use.
Also available in 1kg buckets.

It's nice honey which is why I'm a repeat buyer
Best tasting honey. Absolutely recommend. Honey is well packed and arrives in good condition and promptly.
No other honey tastes as good. Our family has enjoyed Archibald's Honey since the 1980. Thanks for your consistently excellent products. The only honey that ever compares is the honey that comes fresh from our neighbour's hive.
Thick and delicious goodness 5 stars
The honey was very smooth and at the right consistency. The delicate yellow box taste really comes through when eating it. We love it and will reorder when we finish our supply.
