Refund policy

Archibald’s take pride in their product and follow the guidelines given by the ACCC.

In the event of change of mind based on customer purchases, a replacement may be given providing the product is unopened, untampered with and in its original packaging, as supplied by Archibald’s.

If the product is defective in any way, the customer may request a refund, or replacement, free of charge.
